Shipping policy

District Sevyn personally processes and ships all orders.

Processing Times

• Collection Items:
  Processing takes 2 business days before shipping (to allow time for DTF print delivery, pressing, and quality check).
• Custom Orders:
  Processing takes 3-5 business days after final design approval. (This includes receiving DTF prints from our third-party provider.)

Shipping Methods & Rates

• Orders are shipped via [USPS/UPS/FedEx — update based on your carrier].
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
• We currently ship to U.S. only with plans to expand internationally in the future.

Delivery Estimates

• Standard U.S. shipping: 3–7 business days after processing.
  

Tracking

• Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

• District Sevyn is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows as delivered.
