Products & Custom Orders

  • Our apparel and accessories are either part of our collections or custom orders.
  • For custom orders:
    • Customers will receive up to two draft designs with one final approved edit included in the price.
    • Once a design is approved, no further changes can be made.
    • Production begins only after final approval.

Processing & Fulfillment

  • Standard collection items are made-to-order. Processing time is typically 2 business days before shipping.
  • Custom orders may take 3-5 business days (depending on the design approval process).

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our website or products for:

  • Any unlawful purpose.
  • Submitting content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.
  • Offensive or inappropriate designs for custom orders (we reserve the right to refuse service).

Custom Designs & Intellectual Property

All original designs, logos, and content on this site are the property of District Sevyn and may not be reproduced without permission.

All custom designs created by District Sevyn remain the intellectual property of District Sevyn. By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and agree that we may reproduce, sell, or display any designs created, including those made for your custom order, unless a separate written agreement is made granting exclusive rights.

We take pride in personally creating and inspecting every custom design, ensuring that each piece is unique and made with care. While your custom order is made specifically for you, retaining these rights allows us to continue offering creative designs to all of our customers.

Limitation of Liability

District Sevyn is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our site or products.
